MSL Board of Directors
Etihad Stadium, which is managed by Melbourne Stadiums Limited (MSL), is governed by seven Board Members, who represent the venue’s investors.

| Alan became Chairman of the Melbourne Stadiums Limited (MSL) Board of Directors in late 2010. He has had a career spanning 40 years across the public and private sectors. Senior roles have included terms as Managing Director of the Hastings’ managed Epic Energy; he was also Managing Director of Ausdoc Group Limited. As well as Chairing MSL, Alan’s other Directorships include Airport Link, Electra Net, Epic Energy Holdings and Hastings Private Equity Fund. |

| Ian Collins AM |

| As CEO of MSL, Ian has overseen the management of Etihad Stadium for almost the entire life of the stadium. He was appointed to head the stadium after a seven year tenure as General Manager of Football Operations at the AFL. Ian is a Life Member of the Carlton Football Club – he played in the 1968 Premiership team, and he simultaneously served as Executive Director and Vice President of both the cricket and football clubs between 1981 and 1993. In Ian’s roles at the AFL and Carlton, he managed both Princes Park and Waverley Park stadiums. Ian was President of the Carlton Football and Cricket Clubs from 2002-06. He is currently both CEO and a Director of MSL. |

| Dennis Phillips |

| Dennis is the Head of Group Superannuation/Fund Secretary within the National Australia Bank. He has 35 years experience in insurance, investment and superannuation and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Jones Life as well Head of Superannuation/Fund Secretary at Coles Myer. Dennis has been an MSL Board member since April 2008. |

| Tony Hallam |

| Tony is the Chief Financial Officer of Football Federation of Australia. His career included 10 years as a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and the US until 2006, when he took on the role of CEO of Golf Australia. Tony has been an MSL Board member since July 2009. |

| Gary Flowers |
| Director |
| Gary is the Chief Operating Officer of Mirvac Group and also serves as Chairman of the Mirvac Hotels and Resorts. With over 20 years experience in senior management, Gary’s career has included a term as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the Australian Rugby Union and appointments as CEO of SANZAR and Councillor on the International Rugby Board. Gary has been an MSL Board member since April 2010. |

| Greg Boulton AM |

| Greg Boulton has been a leader in Australian business and sport. He was the Managing Director of Ipec Transport and the President of the Port Adelaide Football Club between 1992 and 2008. Included in Greg’s current Directorships are the roles of Executive Chairman of Paragon Advisory Pty Ltd which manages private equity funds to the tune of $35 million. He is Chairman of both the proposed Penola Pulp Mill and Southern Gold Limited and Deputy Chairman of K & S Corporation, a transport company which employs a team of 1,200 personnel. Greg has been an MSL Board member since October 2010. |

| Warran Brown |

| Warran was Chief Executive Officer of the Melbourne Racing Club from 2004-09. Prior to that he was a committeeman from 2002-04. Warran has also enjoyed an extensive career in the brewing and wine and spirits industries. He was Carlton and United Breweries/Foster’s Group General Manager of National Business. He also served as the brewer’s Regional Director for Australia’s southern states. Warran was National Sales and Marketing Manager for Elders Wines and Spirits. Warran joined the MSL Board in December 2010. |
