The Customer Service Centre is located opposite Gate 2 on the external concourse at Etihad Stadium.

The Customer Service Centre is used for many purposes. Patrons and visitors can visit the CSC for:
~ Dry Cleaning
~ Ticketmaster sales and collection
~ Etihad Stadium Tours
~ Club LiveWire

Dry Cleaning
Dry-cleaning drop off from between 7.30am to 6pm* (On an event day dry-cleaning pick up is 5pm)
Please note:

Ticketmaster Outlet
Etihad Stadium's Ticketmaster Outlet is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. On event days, tickets for Etihad Stadium events can be purchased from the Gate 3 ticket outlets.

Tours
Tour times: Monday to Friday - 11am, 1pm & 3pm * (No 3pm tour on an event day). Visit the Tours section of the website for further information.^

Please note the Customer Service Centre and Tours do not operate on Public Holidays.
