Thursday 23 Apr 2009

Melbourne Victory will play 14 home games at Etihad Stadium as part of the 2009/10 Hyundai A-League season.

Melbourne Victory has a terrific record at Etihad Stadium - the venue where they wrapped up their second league Championship earlier this year - and will kick off its title defence on August 6, 2009 at the stadium.

After defeating Adelaide United in the Grand Final at Etihad Stadium on March 28 this year, Melbourne Victory is considered one of the hot favourites to take out this season's Championship.
