International superstar Taylor Swift is coming to Etihad Stadium on Saturday, December 14 as part of her acclaimed The Red Tour.

Guy Sebastian will join Taylor Swift on her stadium tour as the special guest. The ARIA Award winning star is the only Australian male artist to have ever achieved six number one singles and two number one albums in chart history.

Swift will be the first solo female in 20 years to undertake a national stadium tour of Australia.

Taylor Swift is a seven-time Grammy winner and is the youngest winner in history of the music industry’s highest honour, the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. The music superstar has career record sales in excess of 26 million albums and 75 million song downloads worldwide, and has had singles top both the country and pop radio charts around the globe.

The tour will feature all of her hits including Love Story, You Belong with Me, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together and I Knew You Were Trouble.

All gates will open at 5.00pm. Please see below for which gates apply to various ticket types.

Patrons with tickets for ‘Arena Seating’ are recommended to enter at the following gates:

Please note ‘The Pit’ is a standing area and patrons must be 16 years and over. Photo ID will be required to gain entry to this section. Patrons are advised to enter via Gate 9.

Stadium Seating Bowl
Patrons with tickets located in the stadium’s seating bowl are able to enter at any gate

Disabled Access:
Wheelchair patrons with tickets for the arena can enter via Gate 6, Level B2.

Ticket Collection:
Pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the Gate 3 ticket windows from 1.00pm on the day of the event, or from Etihad Stadium’s Customer Service Centre (located opposite Gate 2) and Gate 7 ticket windows from 3.30pm.

Scan-Out Policy:
Patrons can scan out at Gates 1, 3, 5 and 7 and re-enter at those Gates. Patrons must have a valid admission ticket to scan out and re-enter the venue.

Smoking Policy:
Etihad Stadium is a smoke-free venue. Patrons are not permitted to smoke inside the venue, including on the arena and within the underground car park. Patrons caught smoking within the venue can be ejected and/or fined.
Patrons can scan out at Gates, 1, 3, 5 and 7. Patrons are permitted to smoke in designated areas of the external concourse.

Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol is not permitted on the external concourse of Etihad Stadium at any time. Patron’s queuing for access to the concert will not be permitted to drink or possess alcohol. Alcohol will be sold inside the venue and is permitted on the arena.

Queuing Policy:
Please note any patrons wishing to queue before the opening of Gates must do so in the appropriate sections of the external concourse. If you queue at the wrong Gate you may be redirected once Gates open. Patrons are not permitted to queue prior to 12pm of the event day. Please see the ‘Entry Procedures’ section above for specific Gate numbers for ticketholders.

External merchandise outlets will be located at:
*Bourke St Pedestrian Bridge - open at 12pm
Gate 5 - open at 1pm
Gate 7 - open at 1pm
Gate 2 - open at 5pm
Gate 1 - open at 5pm
Please note the Bourke St Pedestrian Bridge outlet will also be open on Friday 13 December from 12pm - 7pm.

Internal merchandise outlets will be located at:
Level 1: Aisles 23, 35 and 43. Megastore at Victory Room B
Level 2: Aisles 30 and Studio
Level 3: Aisle 19 and 30.

ATM Locations:
There will be limited ATM facilities available on the event day. Patrons are encouraged to bring cash to avoid queues and delays.
Etihad Stadium’s ATMs are located at:
LiveWire at Gate 2 - external to venue (next to sliding doors) and internal near stairs
Level 1 – outside at Gate 2 and inside at Gate 1, Gate 2 and Gate 7
Level 2 – Aisle 6
Level 3 – Aisles 8 and 32

Cloaking will be available inside Gate 4.

Car Parking:
Etihad Stadium’s undercover car park will be open for the Taylor Swift concert. An event day parking rate of $30 applies.

Parent Pick Up / Drop Off Zone
Parents can enter Car Park entrance A off Bourke Street where staff will direct parents through the drop off zone.
Parents can also use Harbour Esplanade to drop off those attending the concert.

Camera Policy:
Professional cameras (cameras which have a detachable lens) and single purpose video or recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Dining Information:
Food and beverage outlets will be open for the event on all levels of the stadium as well as on the arena. The bars and restaurants within the stadium’s Gate 2 LiveWire precinct will be open and classified as a ticketed area from 4.30pm.

The Arena View Restaurant, located in the stadium’s Gate 2 Livewire precinct is offering patrons a $50 express menu, which includes a two-course meal (main & dessert) plus a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. Bookings are essential so call 8625 7666 to reserve your table. Arena View Restaurant will be open from 4.30pm.

Etihad Stadium’s Locker Room Bar, Cafe & Beer Garden (also at Gate 2) will be open for the event with a BBQ and outdoor bar in operation in the Beer Garden from 3pm with music pumping to get you in the mood! There will be a pop-up wine bar in the cafe throughout the event.

Access to Etihad Stadium can also be gained via Harbour Esplanade to our Victory promenade overlooking our beautiful view of the harbour. This will be accessible from 5.30pm offering an outdoor bar area, BBQ and other great food and beverage offerings in our Victory Room, with direct access to the arena in time for the show!

Etihad Stadium will also be providing a “Parents Zone” for this event. The Locker Room Cafe (located at Gate 2, Level 2) will be a non-ticketed waiting area. There will be a bar with light meals and snacks on offer, in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Bring a good book or enjoy some entertainment on our big screen!

The Medallion Club Terrace Bar will be serving a variety of food and beverages for all patrons on Level 2.

Entry Terms and Conditions
Please see the Entry Terms and Conditions page in the ‘Getting There’ section of Etihad Stadium’s website for specific entry terms and conditions.

No individual should be in possession of any of the following items:
Glass items, weapons, fireworks, or political banners.

Fans will not be allowed entry with signs which include the following materials:
• wooden posts
• hard materials such as wood, nails or screws
• points or sharp edges

Soft materials such as cardboard and cloth which can be rolled away and do not impede the view of other fans will be allowed.

Glow-sticks and fairy lights will be allowed for this event.

Fans located on the arena
The artist’s management has informed the venue that fans located on the arena for the concert will be allowed posters no larger than A4 size.

Fans located in the seating bowl
The venue dictates that fans located in the stands will not be allowed to possess large signs which impede the viewing of other fans or which may pose a potential safety hazard to staff and patrons. Posters no larger than A3 size will be allowed.

Fans located in ‘The Pit’
The following are not permitted in ‘The Pit’ section; food, drink, flags or banners.
Note: While the Taylor Swift concert is open to all ages, ‘The Pit’ is a standing area and patrons must be 16 years and over. Photo ID will be required to gain entry to this section.
