Information collection and use
Melbourne Stadium Limited and its related bodies corporate (“MSL”) are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals’ personal information. MSL is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) (“the Act”). MSL will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with the Act and this privacy policy.
"Personal information" means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about a person whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from the information or opinion.
MSL will, from time to time, collect and use personal information. The type of personal information collected and the purpose for which that personal information will be used is specific to the entertainment and related services that MSL provides at Etihad Stadium and includes the contact details of members, tenants, customers and users of our facilities.
MSL will not disclose personal information of an individual to third parties except:
• where third parties appointed by MSL require access to personal information held by MSL to perform services or provide a product (in which case MSL requires these contractors to keep that personal information confidential and not to use or disclose it for any purpose other than the purpose of performing those services or providing that product);
• within MSL (that is, to related bodies corporate) in accordance with the law;
• where MSL is required or authorised by law to disclose personal information, for example to law enforcement agencies; or
• with the individual's consent.
Surveillance
MSL or its agents operates surveillance cameras in Etihad Stadium for the purpose of minimising and detecting unlawful activity within the stadium, including preventing crowd disturbances during events. The surveillance footage may be provided to law enforcement bodies.
Website and cookies
We use cookies ("web analytic" cookies) to help us track usage patterns in order to improve and manage our site. We do not use them to serve adverts or other promotional materials. We also log your domain and IP address automatically when you visit our site, however this information does not identify you as an individual, but only the computer that you are using to view the site and your approximate geographic location.

Any person may seek access to personal information which MSL holds about that person and MSL will provide access to that information in accordance with the Act.
